Acceptance of terms and conditions: By accessing HANA Communications WEB and WAP pages you agree to the terms and conditions following. If you disagree to any part of the following terms, you are not allowed to use nor access this site.
Amendment of terms and conditions: These terms and conditions may be amended in whole or in part by HANA Communications from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on this Website. You are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions. Provision of the Services by HANA Communications: HANA Communications is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that if HANA Communications disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account.
You acknowledge and agree that while HANA Communications may not currently have set a fixed upper limit on the number of transmissions you may send or receive through the Services or on the amount of storage space used for the provision of any Service, such fixed upper limits may be set by HANA Communications at any time, at HANA Communications’s discretion.
Your Passwords and Account Security: You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with your account you use to access the Services.
Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to HANA Communications for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify HANA Communications immediately at support@hanacom.co.nz

Refunds Policy: This follows to each services' refund policy. For the services include Domain registration, transfer, renewal, and SSL Certificates which provided by TPP Wholesale, we abide by whatever rules TPP Wholesale apply to the services.
Charges for services related to Domain Names, once registered with the relevant authorities, cannot be refunded for any reasons (spelling, fraud, change of mind etc.) as this is outside of HANA Communications's control.
Charges for Reseller Hosting Plans, 14 days money back guarantee if a plan you paid is not satisfactory and does not meet your requirements.
Use HANA Communications's Domain Name Services : You are required to accept the following 'Domain Name Registrant Agreement' for using HANA Communications's Domain Name Services.

We work diligently to protect the security of your personal information.
When registering, logging in or booking a tee time to our site, your personal information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 256-bit. The actual encryption strength on a secure web site connection enabled by a digital SSL certificate is determined by the level of encryption supported by the site visitor's browser and the server that the web site resides on.
Our web server enables 256-bit AES encryption with the SSL certificate. The SSL certificate which we have obtained is based on virtually unbreakable 128-bit and high grade 256-bit encryption, and offers 99% browser recognition.
Credit Card Security
We protect your credit card information during transmission by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information when transmitted over the Internet. HANA Communications retains only partial card details. However they may be held by PayPal (PayPal Privacy Policy).
HANA Communications websites
If you access our website, our web servers may place cookies on your computer. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored in a browser-related file on your computer's hard drive when you use our Web site. We use cookies to improve the member experience. We also use them to deliver information and fresh content specific to your interests. Cookies are widely used on most major Web sites.
HANA Communications mostly uses "session" cookies, which are removed from your computer once you leave HANA Communications. These are used so our service can remember that you have logged in already and prevent you doing so more frequently. The technology we use (PHP), requires the use of session cookies. Session cookies expire and are deleted after 6 hours (it may change without notice) of no activity on HANA Communications.
If you choose to subscribe to the HANA Communications mailing list, we will from time to time email you with special offers or deals. This service is completely discretionary. Under the Privacy Act 1993 you are entitled to know what information is held about you; access that and correct any inaccuracies.
